COVID-19 VACCINE QUESTIONS
AM I ELIGIBLE TO BE VACCINATED AT KOHLL’S RX?
Vaccination guidelines are constantly changing. Kohll’s Rx administers vaccines solely based on the allotment of vaccines EACH County gives us. PLEASE do not call the Pharmacy for updates, as our pharmacists do not have that information.
DOUGLAS COUNTY RESIDENTS
- Currently, we ONLY have second dose vaccine available to those people born in 1941 or earlier who received their first shot at Kohll’s Rx. This will be indicated on your card. Douglas County is making vaccination appointments for other categories. Right now, Douglas County has assigned Kohll’s Rx to vaccinate:
- Clients of and Caregivers in Organizations that serve people with Developmental Disabilities.
- Caregivers who care for persons 18 years old and younger with Developmental Disabilities that are not in an organization AND MUST be on a Medicaid Waiver.
- Caregivers who care for persons 18 years old and older who are Adult Disabled AND MUST be on a Medicaid Waiver.
- Those persons with Adult Disabilities who are 18 years or older who have an AD Medicaid Waiver.
- Nursing type facilities and independent living facilities.
- Second dose Moderna vaccination for those that received their first dose from a vaccination site that currently doesn't have Moderna available for you
You are welcome to pre-register with Kohll’s Rx, if you do not meet the eligibility requirements outlined above.
We will notify you when we are able to administer to your category. At that time, a link will be provided to sign up for an appointment at a specific date and time.
LANCASTER COUNTY RESIDENTS
Lancaster County has assigned Kohll's Rx to administer the vaccine to specific independent living communities. If you pre-register for your vaccine, we can notify you as soon as we are able to administer to your category. A link will be included to sign up for an appointment at a specific date and time.
We recommend you also sign up on the Lancaster County Health Department website for COVID-19 vaccination information.
SARPY / CASS COUNTY RESIDENTS
Right now, Sarpy & Cass County has assigned Kohll's Rx to vaccinate:
- Individuals that are 70 years-old and over plus their spouses, regardless of age.
- Clients of and caregivers in Organizations that serve people with Developmental Disabilities.
- Caregivers who care for persons 18 years old and younger with developmental disabilities that are not in an organization AND must be on Medicaid Waiver.
- Caregivers who care for persons 18 years old and older who are Adult Disabled AND MUST be on a Medicaid Waiver.
- Those persons with Adult Disabilities who are 18 years or older with a Medicaid Waiver.
- Nursing type facilities and independent living facilities.
- Healthcare professionals.
If you do not fall into one of the above categories, you can pre-register for your vaccine with Kohll’s Rx and we can notify you as soon as we are able to administer to your category. A link will be included to sign up for an appointment at a specific date and time.

MILLS COUNTY, IA RESIDENTS
Right now, we have not been assigned any categories of people to vaccinate. If you pre-register for your vaccine, we can notify you as soon as we are able to administer to your category. A link will be included to sign up for an appointment at a specific date and time.
We recommend you also sign up on the Mills County Health Department website for COVID-19 vaccination information.
